Sydney Dyno Day
Ivan Hoey has been talking to Marty and Craig at C&M
Motorcycles in Sydney and they have come up with a great idea, a Dyno Day.
When it can be arranged, a weekend will be nominated when club members can take
their bike to C&M Motorcycles and for a small fee (approx $25 - $30) you can
have your bike run on the dyno, this will give you the Horsepower and Torque
figures for your bike as well as air/fuel ratio. You will come away from there
with a print out of the dyno run and a total picture of your bikes state of
tune. This is a great opportunity to find out if your carbies are doing their
job right and whether your engine is close to the HP figures specified by
Yamaha.
This is an opportunity not to be missed !!!

February 2010 – VJMC Sydney (Blue Mountains, Bathurst & Goulburn
members also invited) - Day Run to the historic O'Connell Hotel via Oberon for
lunch. Meet 8am McDonalds McGraths Hill for 8.30 departure. Travel via Bells
line of Road to Bell and onto Mt Victoria for coffee. (80 kms) Mt Victoria to
Hartley, Hampton and Oberon - 60kms Oberon to O'Connell - 25

Return to Sydney either via Bells Line of Road or Great Western Highway. Riders
wishing to take a shorter run can return directly from Mt Victoria via Katoomba.

VJMC National Rally 2010 – Healesville Victoria - I have a space in my Ute and
room on an open trailer for anyone wanting or needing transport for themselves
and a bike from Sydney to the Rally and back. Plan to leave late Thursday nite
or early Friday morning and return Sunday or Monday by agreement. Also if anyone
wants to travel down in company together in their vehicle, let me know and we

February 20th - 21st: Jindervik Chilli Festival Ride. Meet and stay at Phillip Island at Phil Mester's house Saturday afternoon and enjoy an afternoon ride around the local area. That evening BBQ at Phil's and evening drinks at the Isle of Wight hotel in Cowes. Back to Phil's for the night. Sunday a ride back up through the ranges to the Jindervik Chilli Festival for Lunch and entertainment. Separate from there and head home at your leisure. The VJMC of Central VIC meets at the Bendigo Ice Creamery, Pall Mall, Bendigo each Sunday morning at 10am, then if members want to go for a ride this starts at 11am.
