Camshaft grinds for XS650 engines in either standard ( 360° firing ) or rephased ( 270° or 277° firing ) configuration. 
Lift figures quoted are lobe lift not valve lift.

The first is just a stock cam for those not looking to hot up their beloved XS650 in either 256-00-360 (standard) and 256-00-270 (rephased) or 447-00-360 (standard) and 447-00-270 (rephased)
Check your manuals for lift and duration specs for standard grinds in 256 and 447 type motors.

The 256 cam specs are:-

Inlet valve opens 39° BTDC and closes 69° ABDC

Exhaust valve opens 69° BBDC and closes 39° ATDC

Lobe Centres are 105° and has .320" lift

256-01-360 (standard configuration) or 256-01-270 (rephased)

The 447 cam specs are:-

Inlet valve opens 35° BTDC and closes 73° ABDC                 447-01-270.gif (106138 bytes)               

Exhaust valve opens 73° BBDC and closes 35° ATDC

Lobe Centres are 109° and has .320" lift

447-01-360 (standard configuration) or 447-01-270 (rephased)

The specs are:-

Inlet valve opens 24° BTDC and closes 64° ABDC

Exhaust valve opens 58° BBDC and closes 30° ATDC

Lobe Centres are 110° (inlet), and 104° (exhaust) and has .320" lift

256-02-360 (Standard configuration) or 256-02-270 (rephased) and

447-02-360 (standard configuration) or 447-02-270 (rephased)
