If any members would like to see pictures of their bikes featured on this page, please send them to the webmaster along with some details of the bike including model/year, time taken to restore, colour of paint, credit to helpers etc.

Just to get the ball rolling I'll put some pics of my own bike and some details.

Terry Gliddon's 1980 XS650SG

I bought the bike several years ago at a local wrecker for under $1000 and completely stripped it to a bare frame. The frame was painted in two pack black and the motor got a top end rebuild including rebore new pistons and rings, new valves and adjusters, new cam chain and cam chain guide. I decided to make the exhaust system myself and after having the engine pipes mandrel bent at Overlander I made the mufflers. The whole system is made of stainless steel. In England I bought a Boyer Bransden electonic ignition from Halco and fitted it when I got home. I then repainted the bike in Black and silver with gold pin stripes and had most of the chrome redone. The bike is also fitted with a front fork brace and is currently in the condition you see in the following pics.

Dave Rayner's Café Racer & Roadster

Dave Rayners café racer on the left which was originally built by his late father Keith and he hopes to have it finished soon. Dave has also just finished his roadster which features a highly modified engine with such things as 90° crank and belt driven overhead cam and belt final drive. The list of custom pieces on this bike is mind blowing so I'll just let the picture tell the story for now and let Dave fill us in on the details later.

Bill Wallis' 1982 XS650SH appears to be in excellent condition, something to be proud of Bill.
