As noted above, some companies, such as Carrillo, give discounts for larger orders while others, If you want a certain part but you need less than the minimum, 650-XSories can sometimes make up the difference if it's a part that can also be sold to others. Eg; If you wanted stainless valves but only needed two intake and two exhaust, 650-XSories would buy two more for stock as long as they were of standard size.
For items which must be ordered in, 650-XSories
requires a 50% deposit with the balance payable COD. Items already in stock will
simply be sent COD the same or next day.
650-XSories is endeavoring to eliminate the
design flaws (yes, there are a couple) that the 650 has. Our test bike has a
motor that has it's crank rephased to 90 + 270 degrees, a permanent-magnet
alternator, a hydraulic clutch, and a belt-driven cam, and a belt final-drive.
650-XSories' prices will only increase when
manufacturers or the post office increase theirs. Also, one must allow for
fluctuating exchange rates, but this can go either way.
